Thanks - but this is not the case - the user is a NT domain user that is
granted local admin rights on the IIS server.
Let me clarify - the page loads fine, it's just that the cfm template does
not see any from fields - it's as if you just typed in the path in the URL
and not submitted the form.
I turned on extended debug and once you deactivate the "allow anonymous
access" and force NT authentication the form fields disappear.

Sounds like the new user group in NT who is allowed to use the
secure
pages doesn't have permission to upload the files but your regular
internet user with no security does. You need to grant some more
rights, (permissions) to the secure user group.
