Has anyone using the CF_BodyContent/App_layout custom tags without having
access to CF Mappings. I see that is how it is done on the fusebox.org site.
Without the ability to set an absolute path (requires CF Mappings), I'm not
sure how to param the attributes.headerfile and attributes.footerfile. If I
say

<cfparam name="attributes.headerfile" value="dsp_header.cfm">

in my apps_global file, I get an error when including app_layout in an
index.cfm file 2-3 directories deep. I somehow need to set this up to use a
relative reference. Any suggestions?
