It seems that this is a known bug on NT4 running ColdFusion 4.5.1. Allaire
has just released a new release of the server software that says it fixes
this problem. I will check it out and see.
This is a snippet from the new ColdFusion 4.5.1 SP2 release notes:
"On NT, CFFILE now accepts HTTP file uploads sent using NTLM authentication.
(8416)"
