Yes, there are many ways to get to the services in Windows 2000. My problem is
that there is nothing in the list of services that is CF specific. The CF server
is installed.

Here's the message I receive when I try to start the CF Server:

"The ColdFusion IDE service must be running in order to start and stop ColdFusion
services via the browser. (The IDE service can be started from the "Services"
control panel on Windows NT, or by launching CFIDEService.exe in Windows 95.)
The ColdFusion Administrator will function only when the ColdFusion service
is running."

Note: It says nothing about win2k
