I spent about an hour on the files I sent you, but was unable to send it 'til just a few minutes ago. Hi, I want to thank the folks who have responded to my long winded posts on my frames and fusebox issues/nightmares, but I'm still stuck and I have a question: is the lack of more responses to my posts reflect that, A. They are just stupid questions not worthy of response. B. The people who know how to build Frames and Fusebox apps are too busy working. C. No one really knows what I'm talking about. D. You know the solution, but you think I need to work this out as part of my cf hero's journey towards wholeness, and besides you figured it out, why can't I? Thanks, Tom <--- Previous post below ---> Can anybody share some code that works for a simple framed app that has jscript links in a global header file which calls a second level directory and all its' fuses? I've used Nat's code to build the root directory and the frames and fusebox work if I stay in the root, and have only one fuseaction/file ever load into the main frame. However, if I drill down to a directory under the root, it doesn't work. It just loads the home page again from the root. Also, in the frames section of the Fuse Book, the frameset calls index.cfm?fuseaction=main for the main frame. In the index.cfm, when fuseaction "Main" is called, only one file, "dsp_home.cfm is ever loaded. How do you allow for other fuseactions to call other files to be loaded into the main frame? I have followed Nat's presentation. I have followed the fusebox book presentation (which is suspiciously similar), I have followed Nat's sample code. I am still stuck. -Tom ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Structure your ColdFusion code with Fusebox.
