I think we're just talking about sharing the app_login, app_secure logic
between applications, not the data.  In order for an app to use the shared
files, I would think the data would have to be stored similarly within each
app's database.

How do you mean share?  Is all your client data in one database for all your
applciations?  I've never really dug into client variables, so is that a
function of cf client variables?  Currently I do not have a single project
that can share user data from one table...that would be so cool if you could
do that!
