This could be happening for many reasons. I assume you are allowing CF to
use cookies to track the sessions? A few questions you might ask
yourself...
1) Are cookies enabled in the browser in question?
2) Is there a firewall between the user and the app which could be blocking
the session?
3) Does this happen on all machines or just some?
