It may pay to go to a technology/internet lawyer in your area and get at
least a consultation if not get him/her to write one for you.  We did and
its been beneficial.  It's a book, and it usually sets clients back for a
second, but it legitimizes us to some extent, ya know?  Fortunately I leave
all this crap up to my partner who runs the business end and don't even have
to really deal with it all.
