I would tend to agree with the wacky-screwy assessment. <g> Of course, it's
almost a rhetorical question, in that when you design an app to use Fusebox,
it's fairly likely that the functionality of each circuit will be disparate
enough to preclude much sharing between. However, if there are company
standard dsps, for example, I would say it's once again the architect's purview
to handle the standard means for the site.
I wrote an extended discussion of the categories of sites I tend to see, and
how I think the architect's role and some of these issues fit into each one,
but it apparently got lost in the ether, 'cause I never saw it come back
through the list. Naturally, I didn't save a local copy... Maybe if I find
some time in the next few days, I'll re-create it--I think the discussion of
design theory relative to Fusebox is well worth the time.
