Hello all,

I am in the midst of gathering the requirements for an extranet project.
I and my team will be building an application that

1. accesses info from a legacy AS/400 system (through ODBC thank goodness).
2. ties that information to a database that contains all the marketing and
sales information for products
3. is multilingual (English, French, Spanish)
4. must be secure.
5. must handle ordering and payment
6. orders must become a part of the legacy data.

I have decided to go with Spectra for its multilingual capabilities not only
for "Content" but also for the catalog items themselves.
I have also decided to "fuse" Spectra and fusebox together in this project.
I will most definitely be seeking advise here. Does
anyone have Spectra experience? We can take furthur discussion off-list.
When something potentially interesting comes up
I plan on posting relevant findings to the list.

PS (off topic) I notice that a lot of fuseboxers are in the UK. My wife
and I are travelling to London over Christmas. Perhaps a pint is in order!
Let me know off-list.

Cheers!
