After asking a question about maketree and other such table of content
builders, I decided to create my own with a little more functionality and
adaptability.
This new one includes the ability to specify a maximum depth to display, a
starting level on the tree and the ability to have multiple tables of
contents in the same application. Oh, it's fuseboxed as well.
I would appreciate feedback from anyone who would like to try this out.
