Okay, I'll toss in my 2 cents here (seein' how i've been outta town for 2
weeks, its about time)...

I host through www.hostmysite.com , and they've got a CF developer's package
for $19.95/mo that works good. includes 2 ODBC's for Access. Better accounts
are available for more $$$. I hooked up one of my sideline biz clients with
'em and they've been quite happy with the $19.95/mo service.

I personally host through 'em for www.kittycatonline.com , but I'm such a
miserable cheapskate that I have the basic $9.95/mo non-CF account (does
include ASP [gak!])...
