I agree with this. In my installation, I have plenty of users who create
content with Front Page, and who knows what else...

To isolate that stuff from the CF goodies, the file structure on my server
is

inetpub\wwwroot\... the content of the unwashed masses
inetpub\cfmroot\... the fine content of CF developers in the know,
particulary those of the fusebox persuasion

This way, if its under inetpub\wwwroot\, I know its, well, uh, subject to
personal opinion
