It is not really dependant on a single file, it is partly dependant on how
the ColdFusion Server can serve the requests made by user's. A way to
measure this is throught simultaneous requests, which is dependant on the
server hardware.

Subject: Index.cfm hits

I've had a question presented to me I wasn't sure how to answer...

'How many hits can a single file really take? Fusebox uses the index.cfm
(and many other files) for EVERY request - and when you have LOTS of people
hitting that same file won't that application choke?'

We have smaller applications done in fusebox, but can a fusebox application
on a single sever that can handle the load itself really handle a single
file being hit so much... so often?
