[allaire investor hat on]
Insider trading lawsuits for the seemingly endless NOSEDIVE of allr from
70's to $4.75 are pointless. Routine and scheduled trades by the ALLR bro's
was predictable and done routinely. However somebody, and somebody
significant knew of the MACR/ALLR deal and was taking trading volume from
next to NIL to medium in a 3 day period. As a daily watcher of ALLR share
price I benefited from the manipulation, but that doesnt mean Im pleased at
all with what happened. Somebody at ALLR has LOOOSe lips. Somebody in the
know, issued 44,000 $7.5 call contracts the day of the announcement - when
there was not a damn thing happening with ALLR for weeks, and absolutely NO
news or deal announcements.
I feel like ALLR mgmnt blew this co up and vs facing the
music/shareholders - they inked a deal w/ MACR for $.01's on the dollar for
a damn good co. Why is WebMethods trading in the 70's - 80's while ALLR is
$4!!! I say the streets perception of ALLR's CEO/CFO and sales mgrs. Lots
of un-answered questions, that will likely never be answered.
A moment of silence for the COMPANY formerly known as ALLAIRE, I remember
thee when.... where with much anticipation the release version 1.5, and what
was it .... *.dbml files :-) Farewell, and good riddence to Orfao, Gerth
and their likes.

Development Co. (profitable perhaps)
