Only thing I know of has more to do with form fields in general, and that's that ie4.5 
plops a space at the
beginning of the form field, and you have to trim it out after the fact. We've 
successfully written apps (for a
client who insists on using 4.5 for the Mac) which have included file uploads.

Are you currently having problems, or trying to anticipate some?

4.5 for the Mac... they made me live in a padded cell for a while afterwards, but I'm 
fine now.
