I believe you when you say it shows up in (the archive) in 10 minutes.
But there's no way that a lot of us just have slow mail servers. I
work at an ISP, we have several T1's here, they are at light load,
our mail servers are at light load, and sometimes it still takes
4 hours for me to see messages show up. Its not on my end. I think
the message shows up in the archive just fine because its local,
but I think the list software has problems when it sends out the
messages, resulting in several hour delays sometimes.
