So Mike D's post mentioned that the list server software is around $4,500.
Now, assuming 800 members of this list, if we all just donated $10 each, the
cost of lunch or a few beers, then Mike could purchase the software and
more.
Now I reckon that if everyone on this list were to think about whether $10
is worth all the help, ideas, tools etc that the Fusebox community has given
them then I'm sure they'd have absolutely no problem at all justifying a
measly $10!
For those that don't know about PayPal, check out www.paypal.com. Basically
you open an account (it takes a few minutes, and a couple of days to verify)
then you charge it up with a credit or debit card so there is a balance.
Then you can make payments to others with a paypal account. Easy!
How about it - lets show our support.
Marc
ps. Steve mentioned something about a $5 referral fee, not sure how that
works but it sounds like you have to charge your account with $100 then a
referral fee is on the cards. Do we need to do anything special to make sure
Mike gets the referral?
