We build all of our CF apps for Solaris using FuseBox. The only problem we
have run into with custom tags was with versions 4.0 and 4.01. Since
upgrading to 4.5 we do not have that problem anymore as long as the tags are
in the CustomTags directory, they cannot be in the calling folder.

Other than that, we have had GREAT success using FuseBox on Solaris(Unix).

Subject: Fusebox and CF Unix

Hi All,

There was some discussion a while back about running CF under various
flavours of Unix.

I'm being asked to do a new CF app on a Unix box, and I want to use Fusebox
(naturally). I have not used Unix with CF only NT, so I'm wondering if
anyone here has any comments or experience of doing this?

Apart from the case sensitivity issues in filenames, the only other comment
made previously was that Custom Tags were not supported on the *ix versions
of CF. Is this true?

Any other issues that need to be watched out for?

All comments gratefully received.
