Well, I know you can't "undo" anything from a global search and replace, but
you can right click on the results window after you do the search and
replace, and then save the results as a web page. It displays a
comprehensive list of all the files that were changed with their filepaths,
so you can go and look at any that look suspicious. A little tedious, but
it is pretty close to the best option, and it really doesn't take *too* long
to do.
