Last I heard someone tried to incorporate this and it didn't work as
well as they had hoped so they went back to using the app_layout.cfm
file - is that not the case anymore?
And several people have mention/requested it several time - but could
someone PLEASE go in and add some dates/last revised notes to the
Fusebox tags page on fusebox.org. Send me the login and the file info
and I'LL do it... :)
Maybe another good idea would be an 'errata' page for the book where we
could post solutions/fixes/updates to ideas/code in the book.
