I used to be a JFax/J2 user, but recently cancelled my account with them
(both personally and on a project I had worked on where automatic faxback
was a requirement). I was receiving faxes that were destined for other
users, and several faxes that were supposedly being sent to me never arrived
(I can only assume that they wound up going to somebody else. Real nice.).
Several attempts to reach tech support met with a resounding lack of
success. In fact, the only response I've ever gotten from them is an email
shortly after I cancelled my account, saying I had been "randomly selected"
to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.
