RFA originally came from "ReturnFuseAction". Yet, Steve has a tag with a
similar name that does something entirely different. So there was constant
questions as to how the two were related when in fact they were not. Plus, I
think, Hal also recognized that the concept of RFA/XFA was what the fuse did
after it was complete which can be a lot more than that just implied from
"return"....hence "eXitFuseAction"
