Try ABI Hosting, http://www.abihosting.com. $20/month, no extra charge for
MS SQL datasources, no charge to install SSL certificates, they put all
datasources on a separate server from the web server, and they told me they
don't have any restrictions on CF custom tags except CFExecute and
CFRegistry. I have only one site there so far, but I've had good service to
date. Ask for Don Wallis if you have questions.
