I'm creating Fusebox Studio which you may like. It's still on the
workbench, and new features being are added daily, but basicaly it gets
round the problem I've had with Fusebox, in that viewing the application as
a directory with files, can get very messy after a while. Fusebox studio
knows how a fusebox application is constructed, and so gives you a 'Fusebox'
view of the application. That is it displays an explorer tree, with each
fuse type placed in a separate virtual folder. If you need to reference a
fuse, you can just drag it from the tree into ColdFusion studio, and Fusebox
Studio will enter the CFINCLUDE statement for you.

It also reads your index.cfm file and displays all the fuseactions found,
and will eventually, (hopefully by end of today), allow you to add
fuseactions in the tree, leaving fusebox studio to add the correct CFCASE
statements. Double clicking on a fuseaction in the tree will open the
index.cfm file in ColdFusion studio and place the cursor on that fuse
action, no more looking through reams of code! Clicking on a fuse action
will show the FuseDoc's of that file in the integrated web browser.

Fed up of creating the base Fusebox application? Fusebox studio can do it
all for you, even creating Circuit applications. Just follow enter the
information into the wizard and Fusebox Studio will do the rest.

Other features planned:
- Integration with VSS (and possibly CVS)
- Integration with DevNotes allowing DevNotes to be set on a fuse action or
even fuse and displayed in Fusebox Studio
- Pluging interface allowing Fusebox studio to be extended by third parties.

Its hoped that eventually Fusebox studio will help with every stage of
development, from design to testing, making Fusebox development the fastest
an most robust methodology on the planet.

You can see a VERY rough Viewlet demo of Fusebox studio as it stands at the
moment by clicking this link.

Be warned it's my first Viewlet, and it's pretty crap, but it should give
you a quick taster.

Have Fun,
