OPTIONS - CUSTOMIZE
Click on the Keyoboard Shortcuts tab, and scroll WAY down the list till you
find Cold Fusion Comment, and assign it the key stroke
Ctrl + Shift + M
It will ask if you want to resassign the shortcut.
