Hey Alan,

I've heard of this solution (putting in a random URL variable ) to get 
through firewalls that cache web pages for everyone in the 
building/company, and to force browser with session caching turned on to 
reload the page.  Yes, you can actually get the results of someone else's 
post this way, but these types of firewalls do exist.

A few years ago, I heard this was a good idea in general if one of your 
target audiences is AOL.  But have not heard this lately, so maybe AOL 
figured out they were doing things the wrong way, and it's no longer the case.
