I leave out global variables such as path and
datasources.. I figure those are better standardized
or printed out/documented, since they'll be needed in
most files.  I don't want my fusedocs to become
difficult to read because of clutter.

I have begun including global variables such as
specific security levels and pecuiliar things like
webmaster email.. They're needed to "tell the story"
of what the file will do and how.
