Can you run the AVS (verify the address) separately from the attempt to
validate or submit the purchase, or are they intimately tied together by
the system? In other words, try this:
1. Only run AVS check
a. Success - cool, submit the card for processing
1. Success
2. Failure
b. failed AVS
Get new address and run again
