Although its not the thrust of this thread, thats a good thing right?, I
spent some time on the weekend to play with bathaser. My findings are this,
if I had a freelance client who wanted a brochure site and he/she wanted it
in flash I would gladly take his prepayment and start authouring it on
Balthaser. I would make good money and be done in one day. It has some big
draw backs however.
1- You don't recieve the .fla, just the pubished movie. If you need to edit
the movie down the road you have to use Balthaser to do it.
2- I could find no way to control the rate at whick animations moved. There
were many "canned" animations but control over them was limited.
3- No action script means no db
Like I say though to pump out a pretty promotional site for a dentist or
something, piece of cake and wicked fast.

I sorta perfer CD's because the Record Player doen't fit on my desk, and I
need a ruck sack to carry it around! :-)
