I think the basic idea is just: <CFSET ATTRIBUTES.XFA.onEvent = handler>

I don't think we need to consider any more detailed standards.  Within an
individual organisation, sure, have all the detail you want - I can't see
that this will increase the learning curve substantially for a new
developer.

As ever, my general comment is that it doesn't matter much WHAT conventions
you have, as long as you do have SOME.
