It's kind of funny you should say this, we're going AWAY from 
internal hosting because:

When there's a server problem, I have to fix it NOW

Constant upgrade march with CF, NT, etc. is pretty expensive for 
the small sites that we host.

one more 19 hour day moving things to a new server and I was 
going to go postal.

If you are going to host in-house, you're going to be running a 
cluster, right?
