It might be because of the server cluster software that comes with
Enterprise. I once installed coldfusion with the cluster software and
noticed it was eating up 100% CPU so I just re-installed coldfusion without
the clustering software. This was a while back so I can't remember if the
file was the same as the one you quoted.
