Hi,
To make client management easier I've chosen to setclientcookies="yes" in the
cfapplication tag. This eliminates the need to pass the cfid/cftoken variables with
every page request (please correct me if I'm wrong).
I'm not handling users that do not allow for cookies. I'm assuming everyone allows
for cookies. Are others doing this? Is it taboo? Is there any stats on the
percentage of web browsers set to not accept cookies?
The site I'm working on is well traveled, but I don't here any complaints regarding
the cookie issue.
Are others developing large sites using setclientcookies="yes".
Any insights and/or advice is welcome.
Thanks.
Tom Ryan
