I don't see where the naming conflicts come from, since you have the full
ability to name the various pieces in the Circuits.cfm code.  As long as you
don't name multiple circuits the same thing there then you have no problem.
(In fact I think that is one of the argument for the flat-lining in the
first place--you only inherit what you explicitly name and you only have
naming conflicts from what you explictly name i.e. a configuration setting
that you yourself are defining--so a "secret" naming conflict cannot drift
itself in.

But, if you do have an example of a situation where there is a naming
conflict, throw the code up here so we can all see it and comment.
