Same way you do in HTML; with a
<link rel="stylesheet" href="myStyles.css" type="text/css">
tag. I'd recommend placing this in your app_header.cfm file if you use
<cf_bodycontent> or app_Locals.cfm/myGlobals.cfm if you don't.
For those of you who aren't using style sheets, GET WITH IT! :) They save
boatloads of time both in development and in tweaking site presentation.
