I just had a problem trying to reliably find the document root, and found
that CGI.SCRIPT_NAME and gettemplatepath() provide the answer when you
compare the two.  This is of no particular relevance to the XFB
architecture, except that I needed to do this in order to automate some of
the XFB processing.
