I love URL files. They are nice when you constantly send the user to a
fuseaction. Then, when you change your mind later or change the name of
the fuseaction, all you modify is a URL file. Not necessary, but I like it.

Method A. I've never seen a real example in anything I've been involved in
where Method B would be better. Not saying it won't happen, but it hasn't
