if you're in www.my.com/login/index.cfm and you use <cfinclude
template="../Grades/dsp_TeacherMenu.cfm">, any links from the included
template are going to relative to where you are, ie a link to <A
HREF="Index.cfm?fuseaction=EditRead"> will go to
www.my.com/login/index.cfm?fuseaction=EditRead

could that be the problem?
