Of course, Fred, the GREAT thing about standards (I know you hate the very
idea) is that you are freed to spend you time thinking for yourself about
the really interesting/important parts of your project. The standard
provides the answers to the usual humdrum questions.
Anyway, I'm heartened to know that my concerns are crap, and that I've got
to stop.
So I retire from the field now, assured that we are in good hands.
