Oh, I see!

"Change Description" is a bit of Version Control jargon that I should not 
have used.  It does NOT mean "Change the Description".  IT DOES MEAN "Please 
enter a Description of the Change you have made".  Its ONLY purpose is to 
label the various versions of the wireframe data-file that you create, so 
you can find your way through them later.

No wonder people were having a bit of trouble figuring out what the point 
was.

I apologise.  The heading now says "Describe the change you have made:".
