My only knowledge of the HWG is that link that people throw up every once in
a while. Thus, I tend to think of the HWG in quite negative terms. Like a
bunch of FrontPage "coders" who all got together and formed a club.
I've never seen a discussion of prices on ANY list that falls into the
category of price-fixing.
