2 years CF, 3 Months of ASP and VBScript, 1 year of Visual Basic and VC++,
6
years of HTML and JavaScript. And they all are being used everyday, minus
VC++. All the person is used at times for IT stuff as well 18 years with
computers.

Can't make a blanket statement like that.  How WELL is the person applying
the multitude of technologies listed?  With how much depth is each
technology used?  We all list 10-15 technologies on our resumes.  Could we
pass a certification test in each one?  Are we talking about 1 year of
experience or 20?  More info please.

I'd say they are paid right up the middle. Its enuff to live on, you could
make more, you could make less. Perhaps its the bennies or intangibles that
would make it desirable; there seems to be a basic amount of $ on the
table... In this economy.
