Personally, I'm using cfm-resources.com, cuz they let you upload any custom tags you 
wanna use, and you have a
choice of either a free site or a very inexpensive one.

Just backup your stuff often, because they've had problems losing sites once or twice. 
As long as you have a
connection at home (which I assume you either do or won't admit to otherwise ;-)), 
this is the way I'd go.
