You said you hadn't changed anything recently so this probably isn't the
reason, but I once installed CF Enterprise with server balancing and that
caused 100% cpu time. I re-installed coldfusion without the server balancing
(can't think why I installed it in the first place anyway) and that appeared
to solve it.
