Yes, that helped. The only mappings I've ever worked with 
have been in Studio, not Administrator. Now I've got an 
error message "Couldn't find the application's wireframe 
specification file 
'apps/wireframe201\wireframedata\wireframe.wir' "

At least the mapping for CustomTags appears to be resolved.
