We have a similar one that crops up once or twice a year, if the user
cuts and pastes from Outlook or Word into a form field (usually textarea)
and the content includes non-standard characters, bullets, etc. The
characters show up as squares and seem to cause a variable on the action
page to not resolve. It's usually the same var in a given instance but it
will occasionally switch to another. Different machines can have a
different var that won't resolve with the same page and same data.

Subject: form oddities

I have one user (out of thousands) that is getting an error on a component
that we recently updated. Essentially what is happening is that form
variables are not being passed to the action page...for him. So its giving
him an error of "Variable not found" or something of the like. We've
replciated his system exactly (all settings the same) but cannot replicate
the error. Anyone run into something like this before?
