Well, actually, you can (and have to) use CF_BodyContent in each circuit's 
fusebox.  You have to, because each circuit app is meant to be executable 
independently.  And you can, because you make sure it BodyContent only 
executes once by putting it inside the CFELSE clause, around the CFSWITCH.  
You also put the call to app_layout.cfm right at the end of the CFELSE 
clause.
