Anyone out there have a ready-built "adjacent states" table that I can
swipe? I may have to build my own from scratch, but I thought I'd ask
first.

For those who don't understand, I'm looking for a table which uses
two-letter state abbreviations, and provides a number of rows for each state
in the US, indicating which states are "adjacent" to that state. I.E.:

State_id | adjacent_state_id
 CA | OR
 CA | NV
 CA | AZ

Thanks to Tom Zak (if he's on this list) for helping me discover that I
needed this!

And thanks in advance to anyone who can save me some time by supplying me
with one.
