how bout having a dspBlank.cfm page that is....*blank* :) have that one load
by default in teh creation of the frameset. Then make the target frame of
the list to be the same frame as the blank one.
Of course once you do that you may decide that your blank frame should be a
Welcome frame, even if it just says "welcome to application X".
